What CheckWell is

A daily check-in companion. It asks how you are, records your answers, and shares a summary with the doctor you linked.

What CheckWell is not

It is not a doctor and not a medical device. It does not diagnose, does not prescribe, and never tells you to change, stop or add a medication. It does not replace medical care, and it is not an emergency service. If you think you are having an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate information, keep your login to yourself, and do not use the app for anyone other than yourself.

Doctor review is not guaranteed to be immediate

Flagged check-ins appear in your doctor's panel. CheckWell cannot guarantee when a doctor will read them. Never wait on the app when something feels urgent.

Availability

The service may be unavailable at times. We may change or discontinue features. Your right to export or delete your data is unaffected.
